IRS Network promotes understanding and acceptance among diverse religions, fostering community service and love through spiritual unity and collaboration for a harmonious world.

IRSN - eindelijk officieel geregistreerd

ALMERE – Het Interreligieus Spiritueel Netwerk (IRSN), een initiatief van de gemeente Amsterdam, is gisteren, 30 juni 2025, officieel geregistreerd bij de notaris in Almere. Deze registratie maakt ook de inschrijving bij de Kamer van Koophandel officieel, een belangrijke stap voor de stichting die al bijna twee jaar actief is.

Hoewel IRSN al geruime tijd functioneerde, had de officiële notariële bekrachtiging nog op zich laten wachten. De stichting dient als een cruciaal communicatieorgaan tussen de overheid en de diverse levensbeschouwelijke gemeenschappen. Het netwerk is samengesteld uit geestelijke leiders of vertegenwoordigers van alle grote geloofs- en levensovertuigingen.

IRSN heeft als doel de harmonie tussen verschillende groepen en overtuigingen te bevorderen, interreligieuze dialoog aan te moedigen en te faciliteren, en gezamenlijk maatschappelijke vraagstukken aan te pakken die spelen binnen de gemeenschap. Daarnaast streeft de organisatie ernaar om informatie en kennis met elkaar uit te wisselen. Het netwerk staat open om op korte termijn meer geestelijke leiders of vertegenwoordigers te verwelkomen, om zo de representatie en effectiviteit verder te vergroten.
